Holiday Giveaway 2024
1) This event begins on 5pm (+4 GMT) on Tuesday 24th December 2024 and will run until 11 pm (+4 GMT) on Tuesday 31st December 2024. 
2) The winners will be asked for their mailing address, contact number and E-mail ID to process the shipment.
3) The winners will be chosen from the list individuals registered on the website and will be chosen using a random number generator. A Wonder Store and its employees are not to be held liable for the results of the random number generator. A Wonder Store is not liable to share the list of participants or the process of selection.
4) To be eligible individuals are required to complete all steps mentioned in the post. However, sharing to Instagram Story will not be deemed compulsory.
5) This giveaway is void where prohibited or states where shipment may not be possible due to events out of A Wonder Store's control.
6) Shipment expenses will be covered by A Wonder Store.
7) These prizes are not exchangeable for store credit or other products.
8) A Wonder Store will not cover any damages while goods are in transit. Damages occurring while product is in transit will not be a liability of A Wonder Store. 
9) Participants must be over 18 years of age. Parents or legal guardians may participate on behalf of their children (or ward) if below 18 years of age.
10) Results of the week's winner will be declared on 1st January 2025 at 8am (+4 GMT).
11) Participants are not required to purchase to participate.
12) In order to qualify for a given week's draw, the individual must complete above mentioned steps before 11pm (+4 GMT) before the draw. A Wonder Store will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. A Wonder Store takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
13) Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok are not affiliated with or involved in this giveaway.
14) Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferrable and non-refundable. No cash or store credit alternative is available.
15) In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond A Wonder Store's reasonable control, A Wonder Store reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspent the competition, or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
16) In all matters of disagreement, A Wonder Store's decision is final. No correspondance will be entered into.
17) By participating, individuals agree to their name posted and their social media (instagram) handle tagged on social media profiles of A Wonder Store in the event that they win the draw.
18) To the extent permitted by applicable law, A Wonder Store shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

20) Event is raffle based. Each like on posts related to Holiday 2024 giveaway counts as 1 entry. Each tagged account counts as 1 entry. Following on Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok count as 1 entry each. No upper limit on entries. All entries will be entered into raffle draw and 3 winners will be chosen.
21) After each raffle, the winner's entries will be removed and raffle will be continued until all 3 winners are found.
22) This giveaway is valid for participants in the United Arab Emirates only.
23) All participants will get discount vouchers for Framed Artwork, Busts and Action Figures by 2nd January 2025. The terms of these vouchers are mentioned below.
24) Discount vouchers distributed at end of event to all participants are valid in the United Arab Emirates only.
25) These vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offer or discount.
26) These vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotion.

28) These vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
